How much does a professional organizer cost in Dallas-Fort Worth?

We publish our rates because guessing is stressful. Here is the real number, what a typical space runs, and exactly what is billed separately.

Professional organizer prices by space

Estimates below assume our hourly rate and exclude organizing products. Your real number comes after we’ve seen your photos, when we know the space and what is in it.

Space Typical hours Labor estimate What that covers
Pantry 6–10 hours $960 – $1,600 Zoning, decanting where it earns its keep, and labeling that survives someone else unloading groceries.
Primary closet 8–12 hours $1,280 – $1,920 Category zoning, seasonal rotation, and containment for the drawers and shelves you already have.
Kids’ room or playroom 6–10 hours $960 – $1,600 Sized to the age they’re now, with a defined exit path for outgrown clothes and toys.
Garage 10–16 hours $1,600 – $2,560 Off the slab, onto vertical storage, zoned by season and frequency of use.
Full home unpack Multi-day Quoted per project Priority-sequenced so kitchens, bathrooms, and beds work on night one.

Labor only. Organizing products are billed separately (see below).

What organizing products cost

The right products are what keep your space organized long after we leave. Bins, baskets, hangers, shelving, and other containment solutions are billed separately from our hourly rate.

Product costs typically range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars, and full home projects can reach five figures. We’ll always be transparent with you about costs before anything is purchased. And if you would rather we work entirely with what you already own, that’s a completely legitimate choice that we make work often.

Deposits and payment for organizing projects

Projects require a deposit, which varies depending on scope and size. The deposit is fully credited toward your final invoice. It isn’t an additional fee.

We accept credit & debit cards, zelle, venmo, cash.

Travel and service area

Travel isn’t billed as a separate line item anywhere in our Dallas-Fort Worth service area. For cities further from our Dallas base we book full-day blocks rather than short sessions, which keeps drive time out of the hours you’re paying for.

Straight answers about cost

Why do you publish your rate when most organizers don’t?

Because guessing is stressful, and because the people who are a good fit for us would rather know up front. Hiding the number just means both of us spend a call finding out we were never going to work together.

Is the product cost included in the hourly rate?

No. Bins, baskets, hangers, shelving, and other containment are billed separately from our hourly rate, and typically range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars. Full home projects can reach five figures. We’re always transparent about costs before anything is purchased, and we’ll happily work with what you already own instead.

How do I keep the cost down?

Three things help. Book multiple spaces at once, because we work faster with continuity and you get more out of each day. Be willing to edit, because containment is the expensive part, and the less you keep the less you need. And use what you already own where it works rather than buying a matching set for its own sake.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. Projects require a deposit that varies with the scope and size of the project, and it’s fully credited toward your final invoice.

What if the project takes fewer hours than estimated?

You’re billed for the hours worked. The estimate we give from your photos is a range, not a minimum, and we would rather come in under it than pad the day.

I worked with Randi and I have to say it was an amazing experience. She was so easy to work with and together we knocked out a very cluttered office space including a saltwater aquarium and lots of technology stuff.

Ashley called and texted me right away and asked for photos of my kitchen and the unopened boxes. She gave me an estimate of the time needed. Ashley and Randi were on time and organized my kitchen by the expected time. They left my kitchen with a place for everything and everything in its place.
