FAQs
How much does home organizing cost in Dallas?
Every home and project is different, so pricing depends on the size of the space and how much support you need. Most projects start around $160/hr (or $1,280 per room). During your free discovery call, we'll talk through your goals and send over a clear, no surprises quote before we start.
What should I do to prepare before you arrive?
Nothing? Seriously...don't clean, don't sort, don't run to the container store. We want to see how you actually live so we can build a system that fits your real life.
Do I need to be there while you organize?
Do you watch the chef prepare your meal at a restaurant? Unless you are eating Hibachi probably not.
What happens to the stuff I don't want to keep?
We'll help you sort what to keep, donate, sell, or toss and we will coordinate donation drop-off or haul away so it is one less thing on your plate.
Will you judge my mess?
We can source and provide all products for you (billed separately) including modular or matching bins to enhance the aesthetic of your space or work with what you already own. Totally your call.
How far in advance should I book, especially for a move?
Never. We've organized garages that haven't seen the floor in years and closets stuffed floor to ceiling. No judgment, just genuine excitement to help you get to the other side of it.
What areas do you serve?
For move concierge services, we recommend reaching out 4-6 weeks ahead (earlier during summer moving season). For general organizing projects, 1-2 weeks is usually plenty but we will always do our best to work with your timeline.
Do you provide bins and labels, or do I need to buy them?
We proudly serve Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities including Southlake, Plano, Frisco, Highland Park, and University Park. Not sure if you're in our zone? Just ask!
How long does a typical project take?
A single closet or pantry usually wraps up in 6-8 hrs. Whole-home projects or move-in setups can span multiple days. We'll map out a timeline during your consultation.
